Use of the ATAL logo is a benefit of membership and is restricted to ATAL members in good standing; members may use the logo on stationary, business cards, and in advertising to indicate ATAL membership.The logo is the property of ATAL. The logo may not be used to state or imply that ATAL has endorsed a company or a company's products and services. Members may not place the logo on their products.

No alteration of the ATAL logo is allowed. The ATAL logo may not be taken apart. It may not be combined with other design elements. It may not be changed in colour, font and size or otherwise modified from the version supplied by ATAL.

The logo must be accompanied by the text " Association of Translators, Agencies&Linguists."

The logo must be displayed in a positive manner. It may not be used to depict ATAL or any of its members, services, products, or affiliates in a negative way.

ALTA has a zero tolerance policy for predatory, abusive, harassing, or threatening behaviour and is committed to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all our members.

Any dispute arising out of use of the website is subject to the laws and Jurisdiction of India.

Force Majeure

We are on the www and virus attacks/ hacking are known detriments because of which sometimes data can damage, or complete shutdown may take place. It is not possible to predict these things and in the electronic world these will be added to the existing Force Majeure clause and ATAL disclaims liability of any such sort. Similarly in case of natural calamities which affect the work, the force majeure clause shall apply.
